"It's a pleasure to be in Atlanta- alright let's f**king do this." New Zealand pop star BENEE went off the rails in Atlanta performing songs from her new album Ur an Angel I'm Just Particles at Terminal West bringing along her iconic silly personality and unique fiery stage presence. When we had spoken to BENEE last year in our interview, she had said she wanted the album to feel like you were stepping in a world complete with beauty and existentialism and that is exactly the kind of chaotic energy she was radiating this night.

BENEE pleased the entire crowd kicking off the night with new songs "Vegas" and "Cinnamon" leading into "Beach Boy" from her last project Lychee, which was from back in 2022, making this new album her first piece of work besides singles here and there in almost four years. I’ve been a fan of BENEE since her indie pop debut EP FIRE ON MARZZ released back in 2019 and I’ve long yearned to go to one of her shows. It was quite fulfilling to see her perform fan-favorites "Wishful Thinking," "Soaked" and "Glitter" though "Afterlife" may be my favorite and possibly most underrated on the debut EP.

BENEE's new songs which were all produced in her current home base of LA are all quite addicting, "Prey4U," "Underwater," "Princess" have all been stuck in my head since the show, hearing them live was a thrill that I wish I could relive again and again. At one point while talking to the crowd after performing "Animal" she asked the crowd "does anyone want to be a T Rex- I kind of want to be a T Rex RARARARARAR."

The night started coming to a close and in her last three songs BENEE performed COVID era megahit "Supalonely," the song you would probably know her most by into chaotic "Off The Rails" from her latest album Ur an Angel I'm Just Particles. BENEE then used her remaining energy to end the show on "Green Honda," her last standalone hit single from 2023.
